Podcasts

One of the cool ‘new’ (okay, okay, it’s not really that new…) ways to share research and ideas is through podcasts. I’ve really enjoyed listening to a variety of podcasts while working out, walking my dog or riding my bike home from work (although I once got a little too focused and hit a tree. Note to self, don’t ride complicated single track and listen to thought-provoking podcasts…). The PhysEd and Health world has really jumped on the podcast wagon and there are quite a few excellent iterations out there. Here’s a few of the episodes that I’ve been on to present research and/ or writing. Happy listening!

Playing with Research in Health and Physical Education. Joey: Social media as a form of professional development (January 15, 2019).

iPhys-Ed with Nathan Horne. Unnatural consequences (August 22, 2018).

The Athlete Development Show with Craig Harrison. Episode 53: Doug Gleddie and Lauren Sulz – Play, School Sport and Finding Joy in Movement (June 7, 2018).

Connected PE with Jarrod Robinson. Episode 29: Physical literacy praxis with Dr. Doug Gleddie. (January 15, 2018).

Run Your Life Show with Andy Vasiliy. Episode 14: The Lifelong Joy of Movement (May 5, 2016).

Come on, MOVE me!
